AHU Filter: Construction: Prefilters are built in to either 18 Guage Aluminium/ 20 Guage CRCA powder coated/GI construction. The filter can be easily washed or soaked in addition with detergent and then gently given and air pressure to dry it in the atmosphere. Application: The prefilters are generally used for comfort and non criticle industrial applications, (acts as a fresh air filter in Air Handling Units) prior to fine filters, and can be easily mounted in the handling units or banks. Testing: The prefilters are randomly tested as per Ashrae 52.1 Synthetic Dust load efficiency test with Air velocities and static pressure drops are measured at our factory on the testing RIG constructed as per standards.
